As our Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for setting up core finance systems, managing the unique challenges of crypto and fiat flows, and delivering accurate insights into customer revenues, marketing spend, and cross-border transactions.Working closely with People, Operations, Marketing, and Product, you will enable the business to scale responsibly and sustainably while navigating the regulatory and financial complexities.   • Perform daily-to-monthly reconciliation of on-chain and off-chain wallets (BTC, ETH, USDT, and others) across the full payment chain: casino platform → PSPs → hot/cold wallets → treasury
  • Track and validate deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and gaming transactions using blockchain explorers and internal systems
Financial Reporting & Compliance
  • Own all financial reporting (daily/weekly/monthly P&L, balance sheet, cashflow) and build industry-specific models.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies for digital asset recognition and disclosure in line with IFRS; maintain accurate ledger entries for crypto and fiat
  • Coordinate with tax advisors on crypto taxation across jurisdictions; ensure transfer pricing compliance and optimize entity structure for digital asset holdings
  • Create and maintain SOPs for all digital asset processes
Treasury & Liquidity
  • Monitor and manage wallet balances (hot, operational, cold storage) to ensure sufficient liquidity at all times
  • Manage crypto-to-fiat conversions and implement hedging strategies to minimize volatility exposure
Risk, Compliance & Controls
  • Ensure compliance with AML/KYC requirements
  • Oversee Corporate Tax and VAT filings across all entities; maintain audit-ready documentation for all crypto flows
  • Manage cryptocurrency volatility exposure, smart contract risk, and counterparty risk with exchanges and custodians
Systems, Strategy & Growth
  • Build the company's financial systems and internal controls from the ground up; drive automation in reporting and reconciliation
  • Create processes and procedures for budgeting, payroll, invoicing and payments as required
  • Utilise, implement and integrate information flows Finance , HR and marketing systems and tools
  • Evaluate and implement analytics and accounting tools; work cross-functionally with Product,, and Compliance to resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare investor and stakeholder reports; Drive cost/revenue analysis and ROI tracking to support growth; help scale the finance function and build a team over time
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a Financial Controller or Senior Finance leadership role within ecommerce, Forex, Crypto and/or any high-growth digital businesses
  • Mandatory: Deep hands-on knowledge of crypto and blockchain transactions — wallets, exchanges, explorers, chain analysis and reconciliation
  • Hands-on experience with Xero and sub-ledgers for crypto accounting; strong Excel/Sheets and familiarity with blockchain analytics tools
  • Thorough understanding of IFRS for digital assets, including recognition, measurement, and disclosure
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with experience adapting frameworks for fast-scaling startups
  • Solid grasp of AML, KYC, and anti-fraud compliance frameworks
  • Strong background in internal controls, audit processes, and cashflow and risk management
  • Experience implementing and optimizing finance systems and ERPs for scalability and automation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-currency operations, including crypto-to-fiat conversions and South Asian payment ecosystems (UPI, e-wallets, local banking rails)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Operations — including understanding API data sources
  • Proven ability to build and lead finance teams from scratch and communicate effectively with executive leadership, investors, and regulators
  • Familiarity with South Asian markets, local regulations, and payment preferences is a strong advantage.
