Job DescriptionThe Department of Cognitive Sciences at the United Arab Emirates University invites applications for a faculty position in Psychology (Assistant/Associate/Full Professor). The area of specialization is open; however, candidates with expertise in Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Cross-Cultural Psychology, or related areas aligned with mental health and behavioural sciences are particularly encouraged to apply. We are especially interested in candidates with a strong research profile, an established and externally funded research program, and a clear record of publications in high-impact, Scopus-indexed journals. Applicants with experience in interdisciplinary research, policy engagement, or applied work addressing societal challenges (e.g., mental health, addiction, wellbeing) are highly desirable. The Department of Cognitive Sciences at UAEU is dynamic and diverse, with excellent research facilities and a strong commitment to research excellence and societal impact. We seek a collegial and ambitious colleague who will contribute to both teaching and the continued growth of our research profile. UAEU is located in Al Ain (Emirate of Abu Dhabi), approximately 1.5 hours from Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
