- Assist in the collection and submission of payroll data.
- Process vendor invoices for all EMEA countries, and assist in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for data collection, audit preparations, etc.
- Monitor and respond to employee queries and EHD team queries via Lark and email, and provide timely responses.
- Create, update, review, and maintain documentation related to payroll processing policies and procedures.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives and involved in the global level projects.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the leader.This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Payroll within a global organization. As a Payroll Intern, you will receive access, guidance, and support to actively contribute to global payroll projects, particularly across the EMEA region, covering multiple countries under one organizational umbrella.Candidate will have the opportunity to learn about payroll processes and legislation across different countries, gaining practical exposure to multi-country payroll operations in a complex international environment. Through involvement in real payroll activities and projects, you will strengthen your analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills while also developing key professional competencies such as communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.During the internship, you will gain valuable insight into how payroll operations partner with HR, legal, ER, Finance and the employees to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence. This experience will provide a strong foundation for a future career in payroll or HR, equipping you with practical knowledge and exposure to global payroll practices in a fast-paced, multinational setting.Location: London/DubaiQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Accounting Graduate/Diploma
- Proficient Excel skills and familiarity with functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc. is a must.Preferred Qualifications
- Specialisation in HR/Payroll is preferred
- Strong knowledge in Labor Law & Regulations of the EMEA region
- Overall experience in HR , Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools such as ADP, Sage etc
