As our new Outlets Manager, you'll be leading the way in Banquets, All Day Dining, and our Café Lounge - ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience, whether they're attending a banquet celebration, enjoying a buffet breakfast, or relaxing over coffee. A little taste of your day-to-day:Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:Overseeing daily operations across Banquets, All Day Dining, and Café Lounge outletsLeading, coaching, and developing a team of service professionals to deliver consistently high standardsWorking with the culinary and events teams to ensure seamless banquet operations and exceptional guest experiencesMonitoring and maintaining service standards in line with IHG brand requirements and guest expectationsAssisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to drive revenue and profitabilityBuilding strong relationships with guests, anticipating needs, and handling feedback in a proactive and positive wayCoordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations across all outlets What we need from you:Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management or a related field preferred3+ years' related food & beverage experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial roleStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team What you can expect from us:We give our people everything they need to succeed.
