Room Attendant - Accor Hotel - Dubai, UAE

• Clean and service guest rooms according to brand standards including dusting, bed making, linen replacement, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitization
• Replenish guest amenities and room supplies accurately
• Use cleaning signage and ensure doors remain secured during service
• Coordinate tray and trolley removal with room service department
• Maintain proper usage of cleaning materials and equipment
• Submit accurate room status updates at the end of each shift
• Keep linen closets and service areas organized and clean
• Report maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards immediately
• Handle lost and found items in accordance with hotel procedures
• Assist guests and colleagues courteously when required
• Report suspicious activities or security concerns promptly
• Maintain professional grooming and uniform standards

• High school diploma or vocational training preferred
• Minimum one year of work experience in housekeeping or similar role
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an advantage
• Fluent English communication skills
