The role requires a courteous, professional approach while strictly adhering to Jetex policies and Food Health & Safety guidelines, contributing to a seamless and refined guest experience.Job Duties and Accountabilities:Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with Jetex service standards and hygiene regulationsReview daily flight schedules to anticipate arrivals and departures and prepare accordinglyBe present at the Bell Desk/Reception when required to assist guests, visitors, and colleaguesRespond promptly and professionally to guest requests, queries, and special requirementsMaintain strong knowledge of menu items and terminal services, providing explanations when neededSupport team members during busy periods and ensure smooth service flowEnsure service is delivered discreetly, efficiently, and in line with the standards set by the Supervisor/ManagerMaintain cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of service areas throughout operationsAssist with displays, setup, clearing, cleaning, and general service requirementsMonitor stock levels and inform management of any shortagesCommunicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure service consistencyReport guest feedback, incidents, or issues to the Supervisor and complete required reportsDistribute guest surveys to support service quality and continuous improvementCarry out any additional duties as assigned by the Line ManagerREQUIREMENTSEDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
  • High School or Professional Qualification from recognized institute
EXPERIENCE
  • 1-2 years experience in hospitality
  • Customer facing experience is a must
  • Hotel and/or high level F&B experience is a must
SPECIFIC / TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Good command in English
  • Excellent in customer service
  • Intermediate IT Skills (MS Office database management)
