Role OverviewWe are seeking a UAE National Project Manager to lead client-facing delivery, mobilisation, governance and stakeholder integration for a major emergency services and resilience project in Fujairah.The successful candidate will manage project controls, senior stakeholder engagement, budget visibility, planning oversight, change delivery and authority coordination with related stakeholders.This role suits a disciplined project leader who can operate confidently in a high-consequence environment, keep multiple parties aligned, and drive structured delivery without crossing into operational incident command.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, timelines, and client expectationsManage project governance including reporting, action tracking, decision logs, and stakeholder updatesOversee mobilisation activities including workforce, assets, infrastructure, and operational readinessDrive project planning, scheduling, risk management, and issue resolution across all workstreamsAct as the primary point of coordination with senior stakeholders including clients, authorities, and partnersEnsure effective budget tracking, cost control, and commercial oversight of project activitiesCoordinate change management, ensuring all scope changes are documented, approved, and implemented effectivelyMaintain structured project reporting covering KPIs, progress, risks, and performance insightsSupport development and alignment of emergency planning, preparedness, and readiness frameworksCoordinate with internal teams (operations, HR, finance, procurement) to ensure seamless project executionMaintain accurate project documentation, records, and audit-ready evidenceEnsure alignment between project delivery, infrastructure readiness, and future capability requirementsCandidate RequirementsExperience8–12 years in project / contract / programme managementBackground in critical infrastructure, emergency services, oil & gas, ports, utilities, or similar environmentsExperience managing complex multi-stakeholder environments (government, clients, operators, contractors)Strong track record in mobilisation, governance, budgeting, reporting, and issue resolutionUAE experience preferred (ideally Fujairah or similar environment)QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, HSSE, Emergency Management or related fieldPMP or PRINCE2 certification preferredAdditional training in risk, business continuity, crisis or emergency management is an advantageArabic & English required (strong written and stakeholder communication preferred)Skills & CompetenciesStrong project planning and governance disciplineCommercial awareness and cost/control mindsetSenior stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong reporting and documentation capabilityAbility to operate in complex, high-pressure environmentsHigh organisation, attention to detail, and follow-throughBalanced technical understanding without stepping into operational commandPreferenceUAE National requiredFujairah-based or strong familiarity with Fujairah stakeholders preferredWe follow an all-inclusive approach to provide high-quality, cost-effective & fully integrated solutions.
