- Supervise and oversee electrical and electromechanical systems within facilities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance teams.
- Prepare reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and any identified issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and activities.
- Liaise with VIP clientele to address their specific needs and requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on electrical and electromechanical systems.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Work experience in the Emirate of Al Ain and Abu Dhabi for at least 7 years.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant computer programs.
- Valid driving license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in dealing with VIP clientele and their specific requirements.
