Job Title: Technical Presales & QA/QC EngineerLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a multi-skilled engineer to support presales and technical inspection of oilfield equipment including valves, tubing, downhole tools, and fittings.Responsibilities:\[ Review specs from clients and match with AVL vendor offers.\[ Support bid teams in preparing technical submittals.\[ Perform incoming inspections and issue QA/QC reports.\[ Coordinate 3rd party inspection and verify MTCs.\[\[Requirements:\[ BSc in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering.\[ 3+ years in QA/QC + Tendering environments.\[ Familiar with API 6A, 5CT, 5L and ASTM specs.\[ Certifications (CSWIP, API, ISO) are a plus.
