- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Manage inventory and ingredient sourcing to maintain optimal food quality.
- Stay abreast of culinary trends and incorporate new dishes into the menu when appropriate.
- Provide exceptional dining experiences by ensuring attention to detail in every dish prepared.
- Extensive experience in preparing Arabic cuisine, with a deep understanding of traditional techniques and ingredients.
- At least 5 years of experience in high-end dining or hospitality settings.
- Culinary degree or professional training is preferred.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to inspire and train others.
- Excellent organization and time management abilities.
- A creative flair and passion for developing unique Arabic dishes.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
