The role contributes to improved patient outcomes through continuous monitoring, multidisciplinary collaboration, and adherence to international clinical standards.Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders including diabetes, thyroid conditions, and hormonal imbalances
- Conduct detailed outpatient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic investigations
- Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness and patient progress
- Provide patient education on lifestyle changes, preventive care, and long-term disease management
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records aligned with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including primary care physicians and specialists
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Contribute to ongoing medical education and stay updated with latest endocrinology practices
- Support patient follow-up and continuity of care for chronic conditions
- MBBS or equivalent with recognized specialization in Endocrinology
- DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience at specialist level
- Strong clinical expertise in outpatient endocrinology care
- Ability to manage high patient volumes in a structured clinic environment
- Excellent communication skills with a patient-focused approach
- Fluency in English, Arabic is an advantage
- Clinical diagnosis and treatment planning
