Job Description:-Acknowledge and respond to all customer enquiries.-Float enquiries with agents.-Prepare and share quotations with customers.-Coordinate with shippers and consignees.-Provide regular updates to customers.-Follow up and update status until delivery completion.-Maintain good relationships with customers and work to increase enquiries and conversion rates.Requirements:-Must have 3–4 years of UAE experience in Customer Service and Pricing within a Freight Forwarding companyPackages Includes:-Salary range: AED 6000 to 7000-All other benefits as per law
