Job Title: Senior AccountantJob Location: Dubai, (DIP)Key Responsibilities:Accounting:· Ensure adherence to accounting standards and enforce them during audits of billing, inventories, payable and receivables· Plan, manage, coordinate and implement the year end closing processing for the assigned accounting records· Provide technical accounting support and interpretation to the managementReconciliations:· Ensure that all suppliers accounts are fully reconciled· Oversee the verification and reconciliation for invoices, receipts and balances· Reconcile all accounts and financial records of the projects· Ensure that Bank reconciliations are verified on a timely basis and adequate to prevent any fraud or inaccuracies· Preparation of Cash Flow Report and Bank Reconciliation· Monitoring PDC issued and received· Analyzing transactions and accounts reconciliation· Reconciliation of all accounts in the ERP SystemBook keeping· Ensure maintaining the accounting and financial records of the company and all its assets· Direct the installation and maintenance of accounting recordsCoordination· Support in cash management, banking, vendor relationships and implementation of the ERP system· Recording of Journal Entries to the ERPCash Management· Responsible for accurate accounting and ensure adequate internal control in cash collection and banking· Assist in ensuring cash & treasury management· Disbursement of Petty Cash Requests (Petty Cash Custodian).VAT Filing & Returns:Preparation of Quarterly VAT Return
