Assistant Project Manager (Furniture Fit-out)

- Support Project Manager with daily project coordination
- Track furniture production, delivery, and installation schedules
- Coordinate with suppliers, installers, site teams, consultants, and clients
- Prepare and update project trackers, schedules, and reports
- Assist with material submittals, shop drawings coordination, and approvals
- Attend site meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
- Monitor site progress and report delays or issues
- Assist with snag lists, punch lists, and handover documentation
- Support procurement, quotations, and variation tracking
- Maintain organized project records and documentation
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- 1-3 years' experience in furniture fit-out or interior fit-out projects
- Basic understanding of furniture specifications and fit-out processes
- Ability to read layout drawings and furniture schedules
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- UAE experience preferred
- Valid UAE driving license
- Willingness to attend site visits and work flexible hours if required
