Jr. Legal Counsel - UAE National

• Provide legal advice and support to ensure business operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents to protect company interests.
• Assist in managing disputes, including coordination with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Conduct research on legal issues and provide recommendations to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and internal policies.
• Support the development and implementation of legal strategies and risk mitigation plans.
• Maintain accurate records of legal files and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address legal queries and provide guidance.

• A degree in Law from a recognised institution.
• Eligibility to practise law in the UAE.
• Understanding of UAE laws and regulations, particularly in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
• Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and professional environment.
• Keen attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
