- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project managers to forecast procurement needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their requirements and provide procurement support.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the construction or interior fit-out industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
