- Receive and assess freight tenders for AIR and SEa
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Negotiate rates with carriers and agents.
- File contract with carriers on behalf of stations
- Market analysis and study on available solutions
- Follow on the tenders and winning ratio
- Prepare monthly analysis on volumes and console performance.
- Follow up with airlines / shipping lines for spot rates ex: reduction in rates on specific trade lane due to capacity issues.
- Prepare regular reports on status of inquiries either weekly or monthly on the list of inquiries win or lost.
- Support the product development & Growth acceleration in terms of day-to-day adhoc freight inquiries
