We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in real estate marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through Meta Ads and Google Ads, managing marketing campaigns, and tracking potential clients through the CRM system.
Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads

Generate qualified real estate leads and optimize campaigns to improve ROI

Develop marketing strategies tailored to real estate projects and target audiences

Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize ads (A/B testing, targeting, creatives, etc.)

Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective lead generation

Track, follow up, and manage leads through the CRM system

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper lead handling and conversion

Prepare regular performance reports (leads, CPL, conversion rates, etc.)

Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and real estate advertising.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
Good understanding of lead generation strategies and funnels
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
