We value the fact that we are able to give our customers a seamless collision repair experience that matches our high-value clients and vehicles.Through continuous training, the upgrading of our equipment and staff; and keeping up with the international trends, we aim to stay ahead of our opposition.Job Summary:The Technician is responsible for carrying out inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards and workshop procedures. The Technician ensures that vehicles are serviced efficiently, safely, and to the satisfaction of customers.AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES:Vehicle Diagnosis and Repair
  • Perform routine servicing, mechanical repairs, and diagnostics on various vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, etc.).
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults and carry out necessary repairs.
Maintenance Tasks
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance checks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations.
  • Inspect vehicle systems and components to ensure reliability and performance.
Work Order Execution
  • Review job cards and follow service instructions provided by the service advisor or workshop supervisor.
  • Complete assigned tasks within time and quality guidelines.
Tool and Equipment Handling
  • Use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and diagnostic machines safely and correctly.
  • Maintain tools and ensure they are clean and functional.
Safety and Compliance
  • Adhere to workshop safety standards and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ensure work practices comply with manufacturer and local regulations.
Record Keeping and Documentation
  • Record parts used, work performed, and time spent on job cards or digital systems.
  • Report additional faults or recommended services to supervisors.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with other technicians, service advisors, and parts personnel.
  • Attend technical training and stay updated on vehicle technologies.
Customer Satisfaction
  • Ensure high-quality work is delivered to prevent repeat repairs and enhance customer trust.
  • Occasionally assist in explaining repairs or maintenance done, if required.
To be a successful Auto Technician, you should demonstrate strong technical knowledge, diagnostic accuracy, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.Mandatory & Preferred Requirements4-6 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technicianDealership experience preferredManufacturer training or certification is an advantageStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical vehicle systemsSkilled in using diagnostic tools, lifts, and workshop equipmentAbility to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and repair proceduresFamiliarity with service software and job card documentationValid driving license (as applicable)Skills & CompetenciesHigh attention to detail and quality workmanshipStrong work ethic and productivitySafety-conscious with compliance to workshop regulationsTeam-oriented with a positive attitudeAdaptable to changing tasks and schedulesSelf-motivated with initiative to solve problems independentlyBenefits:
