  • Lead, supervise, and schedule daily operations of the welding department
  • Oversee all welding tasks including MIG, TIG, and arc welding
  • Conduct inspections and ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
  • Maintain proper documentation for welding procedures and quality checks
  • Train and mentor welding staff, promoting skill development and safety practices
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for seamless workflow
  • Ensure compliance with relevant welding codes and industry regulations
  • Develop and implement productivity improvement strategies
  • Prepare periodic reports for management regarding project status and resource needs
  • Maintain an organized and safe work environment in accordance with company policy
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a welding or industrial environment
  • At least 2 years of hands-on welding experience including TIG welding
  • Proficiency in welding inspection and quality control
  • Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, and English (required)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Certification in welding and quality control preferred
  • Manufacturing or construction industry background is a plus
