Currently working on multiple roles within Real Estate Private Equity, focusing on US markets across real estate asset classesThe role will be reporting to the Head of International Real Estate Investments and will be responsible for the following:

Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
Evaluating and underwriting potential real estate investments, including financial modelling and risk assessment.
Negotiating and structuring deals
Collaborating with internal teams to develop investment strategies and objectives
Monitoring and managing existing real estate assets to optimize performance and returns
Keeping abreast of market trends, regulations, and industry developments

Great exposure|Professional development opportunities

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) would be advantageous.
4-11 years of experience of US real estate investment analysis and transactions
Knowledge of both USA real estate markets is highly desirable
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Proven track record of successfully closing real estate investment deals.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
