Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service.
Enter and update customer information in the system accurately.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and policies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve call center targets and goals.
Handle outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, and promotions.
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or in customer service.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
