We are currently hiring for two open positions: Sales Coordinator, and would like your focused support in identifying the right candidates.Please note that we are specifically looking for candidates with a CPA or BSc educational background only. This is a strict requirement, as both roles are highly numbers-driven and require strong analytical capabilities.When sourcing candidates, please ensure the following:
  • Candidates must have either a CPA qualification or a BSc degree.
  • They should be open and willing to transition into Admin or Sales Coordinator roles, even if their previous experience differs slightly.
  • Strong numerical aptitude, analytical thinking, and comfort with data handling are essential.
To help you better position these roles to candidates, you may highlight the following points:
  • Both roles are core business functions, heavily involved in financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making support.
  • There is significant growth potential, as candidates will gain exposure to business strategy, pricing, and commercial operations.
  • These roles provide an opportunity to build a strong foundation in business and financial management, which can lead to broader career progression.
For the Admin role specifically:
