- Provide daily SAP system support to aftersales teams, ensuring smooth transaction processing and issue resolution
- Coordinate with finance, IT, and operations teams to identify system issues and implement effective solutions
- Support invoicing processes and reduce work in progress by handling operational adjustments such as discounts, corrections, and order updates
- Maintain and validate master data within SAP systems to ensure accurate reporting and system integration
- Develop and manage PDI packages to support workshop readiness and vehicle delivery processes
- Produce MIS reports, dashboards, and performance insights covering revenue, billing, and operational efficiency
- Monitor data quality and ensure consistency across reporting systems and operational tools
- Support scheduling systems and productivity tracking through backend data management
- Graduate or diploma holder, preferably with automotive background
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MIS, business analysis, or automotive aftersales roles
- Strong knowledge of SAP systems, preferably SAP IS AUTO
- Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, Power Query, and data analysis functions
- Experience with dashboard tools such as Power BI is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Effective communication skills and ability to work across multiple departments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
