Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
Perform risk analysis and value engineering.
Negotiate contracts and change orders with clients and subcontractors.
Monitor project costs and control expenditure.
Prepare progress reports and financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Extensive experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of contractual and legal aspects of construction.
Proficiency in QS software and MS Office.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
RTA Experience Mandatory
