• Lead enterprise CRM and front-office transformation programs across wholesale banking and investment banking domains.
• Oversee implementation and optimization of platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and comparable CRM solutions.
• Manage multi-program portfolios with interdependencies, ensuring strategic alignment and value realization.
• Direct program governance under regulatory scrutiny and audit-controlled environments.
• Manage transformation budgets exceeding 50m AED with strong financial discipline and benefits tracking.
• Translate executive strategy into measurable business outcomes and delivery roadmaps.

• Strong exposure to regulatory, audit, and risk-controlled environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale budgets and complex vendor ecosystems.
• Certifications such as SAFe, Prince2, or PMP are mandatory.
• Strong front-to-back banking transformation experience beyond purely IT-focused roles.
