A leading and well-established regional group is seeking a General Manager – FMCG to lead and scale its fast-moving consumer goods division in the UAE. This role carries full P&L ownership and will be instrumental in driving commercial growth, operational excellence, and market expansion.Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the overall business strategy aligned with group objectives
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across the UAE
Oversee sales, marketing, distribution, and supply chain operations
Expand presence across modern trade, retail, and distribution networks
Identify new product lines and market opportunities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across functionsRequirements To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:20–25 years of experience within the FMCG industry
Minimum of 5+ years in a senior leadership role (GM/Director level)
Strong UAE/GCC market expertise and commercial acumen
Proven track record in P&L management and business growth
