Ensure all policies sold comply with UAE regulations and company policies.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM tools.
Attend training, seminars, and workshops to stay updated on products and compliance regulations.
