- Financial Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to maximize profitability and shareholder value
- Capital Optimization: Structure innovative financing solutions (debt/equity/JVs) with local and international partners.
- Risk Management: Implement robust frameworks for currency, interest rate, and regulatory compliance
- Investment Analysis: Lead feasibility studies and underwriting for new development opportunities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across all projects
- Investor Relations: Serve as primary liaison with banks, PE firms, and institutional investors
- Digital Transformation: Integrate proptech solutions to enhance financial operations and reporting
- 15+ years progressive experience in real estate finance, with 5+ years in C-suite leadership
- Expert-level financial modeling (DCF, Argus) and capital structuring skills
- Deep understanding of UAE real estate regulations
- Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus
- CFA/CPA/MBA strongly preferred
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
