- Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of neurosurgical conditions including brain tumors, traumatic injuries, spinal disorders, vascular malformations, and functional neurosurgical cases
- Perform complex neurosurgical procedures utilizing microsurgical, endoscopic, and minimally invasive techniques
- Lead multidisciplinary case discussions involving neurology, intensive care, oncology, radiology, pain management, and rehabilitation teams
- Oversee comprehensive preoperative assessments, surgical planning, intraoperative decisions, and postoperative follow-up
- Ensure compliance with international clinical governance, documentation, and patient safety standards
- Participate in morbidity and mortality meetings, audits, and quality improvement programs
- Mentor residents, fellows, and allied healthcare professionals in neurosurgical practice
- Engage in research, clinical innovation, and evidence-based improvements to neurosurgical care pathways
- CCT, FRCS in Neurosurgery, American Board Certification, or equivalent Tier-1 qualification
- Minimum 8-10 years of post-specialty training experience in neurosurgery
- Proven experience within high-acuity tertiary or academic medical centers
- Expertise in advanced neurosurgical technologies including neuronavigation, intraoperative imaging, and neuro-monitoring
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative teamwork abilities
- DHA Consultant eligibility or licensure in Dubai
