
Lead Generation Specialist

- Make outbound cold calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and renters daily
- Qualify and screen leads to ensure quality and intent
- Log interactions and update CRM with lead information
- Book appointments or follow-ups for our real estate agents
- Work closely with the sales team to align strategy and messaging
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly lead generation targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other language is a plus)
- A fearless and energetic attitude toward cold calling
- Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred, but not required
- Able to work independently with a proactive mindset
- Must be based in Dubai and legally eligible to work
- Fixed salary between AED 2,500 – 3,000/month
