- Create inspiring room sets that showcase functional and stylish home furnishing solutions
- Provide customers with creative design ideas and layout proposals tailored to their home needs
- Ensure all showroom areas meet IKEA visual and operational standards
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in retail interior design or showroom planning
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with strong drafting and space planning capabilities
- Strong understanding of home furnishing trends, fashion, and customer preferences
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills
