The Consultant Emergency Medicine is responsible for providing high-quality emergency medical care in Dubai UAE. This Consultant Emergency Medicine role involves rapid diagnosis, immediate treatment of critical conditions, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments, examinations, and diagnoses of emergency cases
- Provide timely interventions to stabilize patients with acute and life-threatening conditions
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans in emergency settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams for comprehensive patient care
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff within the emergency department
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
- Stay updated with advancements in emergency medicine practices
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine
- UK CCT, American Board, Canadian Board, or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in Emergency Medicine
- Previous Middle East experience is an advantage
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
