Talents Tide is looking for a Head of Capital Projects for their client- Dubai Government entity , to lead and manage capital and construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, while overseeing teams, contractors, and project performanceKey Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage capital projects and annual project plans
  • Oversee project execution, timelines, budgets, and quality
  • Manage contractors, consultants, and project teams
  • Ensure all permits and approvals are obtained on time
  • Monitor project progress and solve issues or delays
  • Review changes, costs, and risks, and take corrective actions
  • Ensure proper project handover and completion
  • Prepare reports and update senior management
  • Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and regulations
People Management
  • Lead and supervise the project team
  • Set goals and review team performance
  • Support staff training and development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in project/construction management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
