- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and support their digital and social media requirements.
- Assist in the development of monthly social media plans, digital strategies, and campaign calendars.
- Coordinate social media reporting, and performance tracking for assigned accounts.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns from concept through delivery.
- Work with creative and production teams to ensure content, design, and brand storytelling are aligned with campaign objectives.
- Coordinate updates and adaptations for websites, and digital applications for campaigns, launches, and regional rollouts.
- Assist in planning for digital campaigns.
- Gather campaign and account performance data and prepare reports.
- Support campaign-related shoots, activations, launches when required.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Strategic Communication, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in account management, digital marketing, social media, or campaign coordination.
- Experience working on campaign planning, social media accounts, and reporting.
- Familiarity with websites, and digital campaign implementation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including creative, production, and client stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Automotive experience is preferred
