UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role, with a strong track record of successful candidate placements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with setting up and using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.Knowledge of labour laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.Job Offer
