- Conduct detailed risk assessments and develop RBI strategies for critical assets.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create and implement inspection plans.
- Analyze inspection data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with API, ASME, ISO, and other applicable standards.
- Prepare reports on inspection findings, recommendations, and future inspection requirements.
- Provide technical support on RBI methodologies to engineers and stakeholders.
- Continuously improve RBI processes through feedback, data analysis, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in risk-based inspection, asset integrity, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of API, ASME, and ISO standards in inspection and risk management.
- Proficient in data analysis, interpretation, and use of inspection software tools.
- Experience in asset integrity and lifecycle management.
