Who you are
You will work as Supervisor for Cooperative supervise operation, motivate sales team, and liaise between management and the sales team. You will be in charge of Hiring, training and supervise cooperative staff and their day-today sales activities.Skills & Competencies:
  • String experience of products handling;
  • Excellent in customer service and sales skills;
  • Superior communication, organizational and supervisory skills;
  • Ability to motivate sales team in meeting the targets;
  • Skilled in pitching new ideas and boosting sales figure;
  • Outstanding knowledge of logistics and managing key accounts.
Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any related course;
  • Minimum of 3 years' of experience in sales handling Co-operative businesses;
  • Knowledge of Sales principles and methods;
  • Experience in Electrical products is preferred but not Mandatory.
Description
You will assist the Head of Co-ops in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives, and in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customer services with existing and new customers. You will coordinate with the stock replenishments, suggest displays and assist customers and staff during business hours.Main Tasks:
  • Develop action plan that ensures the attainment of company sales goals and profitability;
  • Responsible for the performance and development of Key Accounts (Existing Customers);
  • Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by a team of effective search of new sales leads and prospects;
  • Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate new markets;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing activities as needed;
  • Conducts one-on-one reviews with all Key accounts to build more effective communication, and to provide insight for the improvement of accounts sales and activity performance;
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, competition feedback, price surveys and competitor activity reports;
  • Assist and participate in preparation of the annual budget;
  • Providing sales reviews analysis quarter wises;
  • Providing sales presentations for reporting purposes and analysis;
  • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines;
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
