- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including ADNOC clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and valuable emerging markets.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective business strategies.
- Prepare reports on sales goals, marketing activities, and market research findings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
- Nationality: Arabic speaking candidates are preferred; experienced Indian candidates are also welcome to apply.
- Qualification: Must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized university.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in a reputed company, preferably with exposure to ADNOC clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and effectively managing client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
