Job DescriptionSupport the development and maintenance of Bank’s Conduct risk governance policies and procedures to enable effective management.Implement Conduct risk monitoring program, whereby information flow is established across the lines of defense in the endeavor to minimize the effects of Conduct risk.Implement Conduct risk control self-assessment and Key Risk indicator programs to ensure remediation plans are comprehensively and timely concluded.Lead efforts in the implementation of the Product and Services Policy of the Bank to ensure that Consume Protection elements are duly embedded within the Product design process.Review and monitor Bank’s products to ensure that Conduct Risk elements are duly identified and mitigatedSupport development of a Risk Aware culture within the bank to ensure that Consumer Protection is duly considered within all key decision making.Ensure comprehensive, accurate and timely reporting on Conduct risk matters to Management and Board.Mentor and develop team member skills by cross training with goal of embedding Conduct risk view in overall risk management.Review own performance and deliverables in line with the approved KPI's to ensure meeting desired objectives.Competencies/SkillsMinimum of 5 years of work experience in Risk Management and analytics in the Banking industry.Minimum 2 years work experience in Market Conduct Risk domain building frameworks and conducting assessmentSharia Principles of Islamic FinanceIslamic Modes of FinanceAnalytical AbilityKnowledge of Consumer Protection Regulations & StandardsKnowledge of SME Market Conduct RegulationsBanking Products, Services and Operations KnowledgeBank Systems KnowledgeMIS Generation and AnalyticsRegulatory and Compliance Knowledge
