Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably within the IT, technology, or system integration industry.
  • Familiarity with the sales process, system integration solutions, and enterprise technology.
Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Technical Understanding (Preferred but not required):
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, or enterprise systems integration solutions.
  • Understanding of system integration projects and methodologies.
