- Own the end-to-end development of eLearning programs across service excellence, brand standards, SOPs, leadership, compliance, and onboarding.
- Convert classroom-led and operational content into engaging digital formats (microlearning, scenario-based learning, simulations, videos, assessments).
- Design learning journeys aligned to guest experience outcomes, not just content completion. * Content Development & Production
- Develop storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive modules tailored to hospitality audiences.
- Work with SMEs (Operations, Brand, Culinary, HR) to ensure content accuracy and operational relevance.
- Partner with internal teams or external vendors for video production, animations, voiceovers, and translations. * Learning Platforms & Technology
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital learning tools.
- Ensure seamless learner experience across mobile and frontline-friendly platforms.
- Track learning analytics, completion rates, and behavioral impact. * Operational Alignment
- Translate SOPs, Brand Standards Manuals, and Sequences of Service into practical, behavior-led digital learning.
- Ensure learning content reflects real-life service scenarios, peak-hour realities, and regional cultural nuances.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Brand teams to ensure learning supports execution on the floor * Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define learning success metrics beyond completion (knowledge retention, application, service impact).
- Gather feedback from learners and operations teams to refine and evolve content.
- Keep content current with brand changes, menu updates, and operational shifts. * People relations
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the company's grooming standards
- Actively promote a work environment, which cares for guests and associates alike

- Ensure compliance with the company's Asset Policy and sign acknowledgment of responsibilities
- Monitor adherence to safety, regulatory, and operational standards
- Ensure company, customer and staff information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Hospitality Management, HR, or related field.
- Certifications in instructional design, digital learning, or hospitality training are an advantage.
- 5–7 years in Learning & Development, with at least 3–4 years focused on eLearning or digital learning.
- Mandatory experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, QSR, lifestyle retail, or luxury service environments).
- Proven experience translating frontline service behaviours into digital learning formats.
- Experience working in the UAE or GCC is highly preferred tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong instructional design capability with a learner-first, behaviour-led approach.
- Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Adobe Captivate or equivalent).
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning analytics
