  • Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into measurable KPIs, metrics and user stories aligned with corporate standards
  • Design intuitive, role-based reporting experiences following DP World visualization and accessibility guidelines
  • Develop scalable star-schema data models and semantic layers using Power BI Desktop and Service
  • Build advanced DAX measures and Power Query transformations with consistent data typing and hierarchies
  • Implement incremental refresh, composite models and DirectQuery or Import strategies for optimized performance
  • Develop interactive dashboards using storytelling best practices, field parameters, bookmarks and tooltips
  • Standardize KPI cards, themes and naming conventions for cross-report consistency
  • Implement Row-Level Security and Object-Level Security and manage workspace governance
  • Ensure adherence to documentation standards, naming conventions and data governance policies
  • Reconcile reports against golden source systems and resolve data quality discrepancies
  • Use deployment pipelines, ALM Toolkit and version control to manage Dev Test Prod environments
  • Monitor dataset refresh reliability, model size and performance using DAX Studio and Performance Analyzer
  • Prepare release notes, data dictionaries and conduct enablement sessions for business users
  • Track report usage metrics and continuously improve adoption and value delivery
  • Collaborate with transformation, finance, operations, commercial and IT data platform teams to prioritize backlog and deliver in Agile sprints
  • Identify automation opportunities using reusable templates, parameters and dataflows
Ideal Profile
  • Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Service including datasets, dataflows and semantic modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in DAX and Power Query M
  • Experience designing star schema models, slowly changing dimensions and aggregation strategies
  • Knowledge of incremental refresh, composite models and performance tuning techniques
  • Experience with SQL, Azure SQL, Synapse or Data Lake Gen2 environments
  • Familiarity with Tabular Editor, ALM Toolkit and DAX Studio
  • Understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and backlog management
  • Strong documentation, governance and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to prototype new analytics solutions and evaluate emerging platform capabilities
