- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for secondary property sales.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, coaching and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities and competition in the secondary property market.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set and monitor sales targets for the team, implementing effective strategies to meet or exceed established goals.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training to the sales team on industry best practices, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.
- Contract Negotiation: Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for the company while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with finance to develop and manage the sales budget, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns for secondary properties.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, staying abreast of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyse sales performance metrics, identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Networking: Establish and maintain strong networks within the real estate industry to facilitate business development opportunities.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to enhance product offerings and improve overall customer experience.
- Adaptability: Stay informed about changes in the real estate market, adjusting strategies and tactics accordingly to remain competitive.

- Have managed a team of at least 10 in no more than two companies for a minimum of 5 years in the UAE.
- Be educated to degree level.
- Be fluent in English along with your native language of either Russian, Italian, French, German, Chinese, Arabic or Indian.
- UAE Driving License
- Have Good knowledge of Dubai’s Real Estate market.
- Be capable of growing a solid social media presence.
