Investor Relations Specialist - Dicetek LLC - Dubai, UAE

• Assist the Head of Investor Relations in preparing quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, press statements, fact sheets, and annual reports.
• Coordinate investor meetings, earnings calls, conferences, and roadshows to enhance shareholder engagement.
• Maintain effective communication channels with institutional investors, analysts, and shareholders.
• Monitor investor sentiment, analyst coverage, and overall market perception, providing structured reports to management.
• Ensure all disclosures and communications align with Dubai Financial Market and Securities and Commodities Authority regulatory standards.
• Support timely submission of corporate filings, governance reports, and compliance documentation.
• Track share price performance, trading volumes, and peer benchmarking metrics.
• Review analyst research reports and prepare executive summaries for senior leadership.
• Develop Q and A documents, briefing notes, and talking points for leadership meetings and investor interactions.
• Contribute to the development and execution of investor relations strategy aligned with corporate objectives.

• Minimum 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in investor relations or capital markets.
• Experience within a publicly traded company is mandatory.
• Background in real estate, asset management, or listed entities in the UAE is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and capital market principles.
• Knowledge of DFM and SCA regulations is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines.
