Job SummaryJM NPD is responsible to ensure development new products while closely working with Head NPD. He/She is also responsible to execute all research and development activities independently or under supervision.Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for developing new and improving existing products from concept stage to launch stage.
Responsible for completion of new products with specific timelines and execute all R&D activities connected to particular project.
Ensure process development & optimization.
Pre-launch storage studies and shelf life studies of new product.
Search new suppliers to source ingredients of RM & PM that complement our existing product range.
RM & PM specification and selection & recommendation of packaging material.
Liaising between production, marketing and quality assurance department to produce a desired product at an acceptable quality standard.
Documentation and online modification of recipes, routing and formulas in ORACLE. Maintenance of COA and specification sheets of new ingredients in initial stages.
