Process and Compliance Manager - Al-Futtaim Group - Dubai, UAE

• Review contractual obligations to ensure full compliance with group procurement and governance policies across UAE, Oman, Qatar, and Egypt
• Formalize and implement operational and financial controls to mitigate risks and safeguard business assets
• Oversee business ethics policies including anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, sanctions screening, and conflict of interest compliance
• Draft and review commercial terms and promotional conditions in coordination with Legal and Finance teams
• Maintain approved contract directories and coordinate with Group Tax for regulatory filings
• Support internal audit processes, manage documentation requirements, and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
• Analyze and improve Standard Operating Procedures to strengthen operational controls and compliance alignment
• Review agreements for lease and expansion contracts, advising on potential legal and commercial risks
• Monitor loss prevention activities and conduct internal investigations where necessary
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Expansion, and Procurement to ensure regulatory approvals and policy adherence

• Postgraduate degree in Law with strong knowledge of contracts and compliance regulations
• 3 to 5 years of experience in contract review, compliance management, or internal audit, preferably within retail or multi-unit operations
• Solid understanding of legal frameworks related to commercial contracts and procurement policies
• Compliance certification preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite for reporting and documentation
