- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project schedules.
- Manage procurement, fabrication timelines, and logistics of aluminum façade components.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs through effective commercial management and variation control.
- Implement risk management strategies and resolve technical or operational challenges during project execution.
- Ensure all work complies with HSE standards, local building codes, and international construction standards such as ASTM and EN.
- Prepare project progress reports and communicate updates with senior management and project stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Minimum ten years of experience in aluminum façade, curtain wall, glazing, or architectural aluminum construction projects.
- Strong leadership experience managing installation teams and subcontractors on large construction projects.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and design teams.
- Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards in complex construction environments.
