Consultant Intensive Care Unit Specialist - Allocation Assist Middle East - Dubai, UAE

• Provide advanced medical care for critically ill patients within the intensive care unit including diagnosis, treatment, and continuous monitoring
• Manage complex conditions such as respiratory failure, sepsis, multi-organ failure, trauma, and post-operative complications
• Lead multidisciplinary ICU rounds and coordinate individualized patient treatment plans with specialists and nursing teams
• Perform and supervise advanced critical care procedures including mechanical ventilation, invasive monitoring, and emergency interventions
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide emergency consultations for critical care cases
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff within the ICU department
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital documentation and patient safety standards
• Monitor patient outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement in ICU clinical practices
• Stay updated with developments in intensive care medicine through professional training and continuing medical education programs

• Medical degree such as MD or MBBS from a recognized institution
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine or equivalent specialist qualification
• Minimum five years of consultant-level experience within a hospital intensive care unit
• Strong expertise in advanced life support, critical care procedures, and ICU patient management
• Ability to make rapid clinical decisions and perform effectively in high-pressure medical environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Western medical education or specialist training preferred
• Fluency in English with Arabic language skills considered advantageous
