  • Inspect and monitor construction-sites to meet safety
standards, building codes and specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspection using instruments, metering
devices, tape measures
  • Monitor and verify the quality of materials, workmanship,
and construction processes.
  • Identify deviations or deficiencies and recommend
corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
  • Conduct tests, measurements, and sampling as required.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations,
permits, and safety standards.
  • Review and approve construction-related documents,
including method statements, material submittals, and
drawings, to ensure compliance with project
requirements.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting
observations, findings, and non-conformities.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and
approvals.
  • Review contractor's daily reports and progress claims
  • Supporting ILF's Site Engineer and ILF's construction
Manager.
  • Reporting and follow-up on activities on the Project.
  • Attend meeting with Clients, Third Parties etc.
  • Attend all the Company-organised training courses when
invited.
  • Awareness of Company's QHSE Policy and Integrated
Management System. Be aware of and obey the
Company QHSE rules and perform the activities required
by relevant procedures on these issuesApplication Requirements:
  • Professional certification or licensure as Inspector is
desirable.
  • Proven experience as inspector in PMC or construction
projects.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant engineering principles,
construction techniques, and materials.
  • Familiarity with codes, regulations, and industry
standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings,
and specifications.
  • Proficient in conducting inspections, tests, and quality
control procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with
project stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify deviations
and non-conformities.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and
practices.
  • Proficient in using relevant software applications for
documentation and reporting
  • More than 5 years relevant experience in a similar role
  • Familiar with on-site operations.
  • GCC/UAE experience desirable
